Our Cottages, capacities and rental rates.
SPECIAL RATES THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF JUNE: This is a great opportunity for family reunions or just an early summer trip up north.
Our summer rentals are all one week stays (one week stays cover Saturday to Saturday).
We do make exception for day rentals, but only if the cottage is not occupied that weekend, and only a few weeks prior to the day requested for individual days.
We do offer daily rates Memorial Weekend, the first two weeks of June and after Labor Day weekend.
Also remember that Governor Granholm has passed law which has all school systems starting school after Labor Day.
The Lake Front Cottage (above photo) has two bedrooms; each with a full size bed. The living room has a twin trundle (two twins). The kitchen is fully furnished and complete. Outside the Lake Front has a picnic table and comfortable chairs for viewing the lake. This cottage has fire pit as well as a charcoal grill.
The Lake Front has stunning views of the lake and sunsets! At night the camp fires are great as the water reflects the stars and an occasional flicker of northern lights can be seen!
Weekly rate: $1075 Daily: $165
The White House (above photo) has two bedrooms; one with a queen and the other with a full size bed. The living room has a twin roll away and a twin sofa sleeper. The kitchen is complete and open to the living room.
Outside you can sit and read on the front porch with a view down to the lake or have a campfire in the back yard. This cottage has a picnic table, lawn chairs, a sitting deck (not visible in photo), fire pit and charcoal grill. The White House is only 4 houses from our beach and docks.

The Fisher Place has two bedrooms; one with queen size bed the other with two bunk beds. The kitchen is complete and open to the livingroom.
This cottage sits on almost two acres of wooded yard, its very private and park like. This cottage has a picnic table, lawn chairs, fire pit and charcoal grill. This one is really a great place to stay at and is only 4 houses from our beach and docks.

The Pingree Cottage has two bedrooms; one with a full size bed, the other with a single twin as well as a bunkbed. The kitchen is open to the livingroom.
This cottage sits on a beautiful wooded lot, has a picnic table, lawn chairs, fire pit and charcoal grill. This cottage is very nice!

The Cleveland cottage has two bedrooms; each with a queen size bed. The livingroom has a futon couch. The kitchen is complete and open to the livingroom.
The Cleveland Cottage has a nice yard with a picnic table, lawn chairs, charcoal grill and fire pit.This cottage is only 4 houses from our beach and two docks.
Weekly Rate: $775 Daily: $135
The Duplex has two sides. Each side has a small living room that is open to a complete kitchen. The living room has a full size sofa sleeper. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower. One interior door can be open so each side of the Duplex is accessible to each other.
The Duplex is efficient and one of the most affordable cottages at Higgins Lake. This cottage has a yard with picnic table, fire pit and charcoal grill. The Duplex is 4 houses from our beach and two docks.
Weekly Rate: $775 for the entire unit.
